hoss I aint no tranny guy, all my questions go to certified trans. in NE or KS. I would say that you have a solenoid stuck or your connector or wiring near the trans is damaged or something that would be your 1st code, look up under your truck and make sure all that stuff is ok, the second code I would say is the computer has tried to make that solenoid shift for too long of a time and has timed out. I would recommend not to drive it and get it to a trans shop if pulling the pan and inspecting farther into the trans is above what you feel comfortable doing, if everything else looks ok.
I do know if you drive a slipping trans very far, its toast. You burn the clutch plates out.

It means you have a 5R110. Welcome to the club!
Darn lucky you have a warranty....

Now everyone will tell you that the best thing in the world is a brand-new trans from Ford. Maybe that's true, but: isn't that what you started with?
