Need help or shop to replace clutch near Oki City

This is my first post so please forgive me if I've posted incorrectly.
I traveled from Iowa to just outside of Oklahoma city for a few days work and had a clutch failure. I pulled up to the toll booth in Kansas and my clutch would not disengage. I used to drive hi-way trucks so I limped it to my hotel room near Oklahoma City. I have a 2000 F250 7.3 ZF 6 spd 4x4 that I've owned since new.
I've googled the symptoms and believe I'm a victim of the broken clutch fork problem. I have called the local dealership and they quoted me $1600 labor ( that's not going to happen). Here's what I need, I would like to find someone that has a shop to rent and or help with replacing my clutch. I am ordering a new Southbend clutch kit and having it shipped to my hotel room. I've always done everything that needed to be done on the truck myself. I could either try to move the transmission back just enough to replace the clutch fork just so I can get home or just replace the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, fork and pivot. I guess it depends on if I end up doing the repair in the hotel parking lot at a shop out of the weather. If I find a shop and or help I may replace my up pipes while the trans is out as well since its much easier than removing the turbo etc. I don't expect anything for free and am willing to compensate someone that is willing to help. I will buy the $300.00 2000 lb transmission jack from HF. It looks like it will work to help to R&R the large ZF6 and transfer case.

If anyone is interested in helping or knows of a reasonable respectable shop that will actually torque things properly please let me know asap. I need to have it done by Nov 23rd 2013. I've contacted a few local little shops but most are to busy or booked up solid so I'm hoping someone will chime in with a idea or two.

Thanks
