I realize that the codes are for turbine shaft speed, but what sets the codes?
I am trying to figgure out if I have a hard part problem that requires a new trans or if it is a control/valvebody issue that can be repaired?

Going down the freeway it shifted out of od to third all of a sudden and heard a loud chatter, ginding noise? Could this all be a TC problem?

Fluid is pink and up to level,

I am thinking it is possible that I caused the codes when I shut of the engine while coasting and restarted it, hoping to reset things.

Hope this all makes sense

Micha

I'd contact some local sled pullers/drag racers and see who builds there trannies. I am on my 3rd Ford tranny with 117,000 miles. I'd look somewhere else besides Ford if it were me.

Go with a John Wood or BTS Transmission.

You WILL NOT regret it, and it will definitely be worth it.
