Transmission shifting strange.

Hi everyone, so my transmission has been acting funny lately. It started around the time my y pipe was whistling loudly, replaced y pipe (came out in 2 pieces), tried disconnecting batteries for tranny relearn and its still acting funny. Its having trouble deciding what gear to be in, sometimes when I'm stopped and start to accelerate it doesn't seem to kick into any gear as I accelerate the motor winds up then it will bang into gear after a couple seconds of accelerating, when I'm crawling (stuck in traffic) it kicks in and out of gear. At higher speeds it will be in fourth then when I go to accelerate it kicks into 5th, then 4th, then 5th, then 4th. Sometimes as I'm driving in 3rd it will go into neutral then kick back into 3rd. There is a delay when shifting from park into drive or reverse and a delay from reverse to drive or drive to reverse. My mini maxx is showing no codes and I when the y pipe was being replaced I had the diesel performance shop put the scanner on it and no codes showed up. The transmission oil doesn't smell burnt. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

So I was able to get a hold of a high end scanner and got the code po766 - shift solenoid performance or stuck off. So is this an easy job to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as there doesn't seem to be much info on any of the forums on how to do this. Thanks.
