Tranny Done???
Why did I buy a Ford... So my tranny has has 0 problem until tonight. I drove 20 min and it was fine, then got stuck at a light and it would slip anywhere past quarter throttle. We ended up putting 5 qts of fluid in it but 2 weeks ago the fluid level was perfect and clean.
It will not engage in drive or reverse so its sitting at my work right now. My question is where can I buy a cheap rebuild kit for it? And what tranny is it (auto)?
