Help...Bad Torque Converter
I need some help on making a buy or not on a 1999 Ford F250 LariatXL/Super cab/XLT..7.3L...127K miles...I was told it has a bad Torque Converter...but driveable...going to look at it Friday..the dealership stated it would be about $2500 to fix and would raise the selling price if done in house...question...what caused it to fail..if anything else could go wrong..with the failure...new at this..buying a Diesel power...can anyone help me...on buying or not..or look for another Ford Diesel power truck...
thanks, for the support and help... KEVINAM |

I would have a mechanic you trust due a thorough inspection of it. And then make a decision from there.
