is this slipping?

2010 f350 4x4. 135,000 on the clock, just did egr and dpf delete and retuned with sct in "extreme" I do not have the latest pcm tune in the truck.

the issue is the transmission while in 4th gear rev to the shift point of 5th and sort of floats. dropping 200 rpm and rising back again. happens pretty quick and the frequency is based on how much throttle you are giving it. amplitude appears to away constant though. no problems in any other gear and goes into 5th shortly after. (3-5 seconds tops) any ideas or troubleshooting tips? I am new to automatics but I know the truck didn't do this before. I should also note that if you drive it like a grandma, the problem doesn't exist.

Check your solenoids, also check without tune.
