Tranny service,slipping bad now.

I had a complete service today including a complete trans flush, all the fluid is replaced. It looked good with no filings or evidence of any problems.I picked it up and drove a short distance and it is slipping pretty bad even without my programer. It had never done this bone stock before. What do ya think?Any ideas?
