2004 F250 tranny issues

I had posted another thread in another area and need more ideas.I have a 2004 F250 with an auotmatic trans. The truck has 47,000 miles on it and I am the second owner. The other owner is unknown, but I assume had some mods done.I have a Volant intake a Bullydog chip and a 4 inch exhaust.I have noticed recently that with a skid steer on a goosneck without the program that the transmission will slip a little bit every now and again(not very often). When I load the program in and get on the throttle it will slip before it shifts, slam the gear and slip after the shift.I was wondering if the torque converter could be the problem or if the trans is cooked and this is just the early signs, with the load I am putting on it bringing out the worst in it.I am looking for some advice from you guys.I am assuming that the tranny is on it's way out. What do you think?

Exactly. Take the BullyDog off and that will buy you some time... Unfortunately those tuners will wreak havoc on your tranny... Once you get your tranny fixed, go with an SCT with custom tunes.
