Angry No Reverse?!

I had been driving my truck all day today not hot either about 150 Deg. and parked it for about 30 mins went to get in it to put it in reverse and there was nothing? just revs up almost like its in park. Nuetral in a drive gear now when I shut the truck off an put it in nuetral it starts up an moves so its like I have 2 park gears (if you would say that) an N D 2 1 as drive gears over drive works fine anyone have any ideas where to beging?

Your stroker has a nut that you can get to from the back of the transmission. It has came off. It needs to be put on with thread locker. It has something to do with your reverse gear. A friend of mine had the same problem and was going to fix it yesterday. I will see him at noon and can get more info to give you this evening.

I am sorry I was thinking you have a manual. You may need to replace the filter. It requires more oil pressure to run reverse than forward. That might work for starters and will do some more research.
