Needing any suggestions!!!

Just put programmer on truck superchips flashpaq and truck ran excellent for couple days and slowly my kick down pull power went too nothing but tranny shifts perfect but just has no pull power when put too floor? It's a 2001 7.3 f250 xlt super duty 4x4 and my first ford lol Thts y I need help! Truck runs excellent no codes, noises, nothin just no pull on kick down when floored
