e4od no reverse when hot help!!!!

ok when the trans is cold it will go right in but if it is a little hot you have to rev it a little and when it is hot it wont go in at all. please help. any advice is appericated. no od flashing. thanks johnathan 2000 f250 lariet.

First, it's a 4R100 if it's a 2000.
You can try getting codes off the trans even with no lights.

Will a super chip 1855 read trans codes as well as engine codes cause I have one of those
