No 4th-5th, hard shifting, DTC's

I was driving from post back to my house. Truck started acting funny and if I mashed the gas it would go into neutral. It would only do this in 3-4-5 gears. I stopped to fill up, and the town haul light started flashing and the truck wouldn't go into 4th or 5th. It's throwing a 0730 and a 2703. Could this be a bad solenoid or am I looking at a clutch?

Well, I posted a thread with a similar topic. Just found out that I need a new transmission. It's hard for me to believe this with only 157,000 miles.
