Weird noise comming from transmission

I have a 99 F-250 Powerstroke with the 4R100 transmission and when it is idling there is a weird rattling or growling noise coming from the transmission somewhere. When you give it gass and its moving the noise goes away. Any idea what the problem is?

I just installed one from these guys Torque Converter 1 .com
$324 plus 45 shipping, no core charge.
Built to order, extra low stall speed,Billet cover, triple disk and a drain plug. (if I'm gonna change my ATF, I wanna change as much as possible)
Ordered Monday morning, had it Thursday, installed Saturday,
So far I love it!
