overdrive light blinking, green dash light, relay clicking

My buddy has a 02 7.3l auto... overdrive light is blinking, green tach looking dash light on(cruise control light), relay clicking, loss power and truck stalled. Any quick ideas? I'm driving there now... thinkin TC wiring short? Bad relay? TC taking a ****?

Sounds like a bad PCM. Have him check all of the fuses first. I cant tell you have many times a popped fuse caused my issue. Then pull the performance chip out. If that doesnt work lemme know Ill throw some more ideas out there.
