need 07 6.0 tranny advice(truck left me stranded)

I am posting this from my post in the 6.0 tranny thread because it left me stranded and has became urgent. Please help!

I have noticed a strange shifting issue with my truck in the last few days. When it shifts into third every now and then under the right load during normal acceleration, it revs up a little then shifts kinda hard. I am using the innovative extreme street tune and it has shifted a little hard since I installed it, so the actual shift is probably normal, it's just the quick rev that's bothering me. It's almost like it's slipping or something. I wouldn't think anything about it normally, but it hasn't been doing it for a month or so after the custom tune. Also, I just noticed a few second gear shifts at light throttle where it seemed to shift, then kinda bog down and then go. Kinda weird. Also, ran it full throttle after noticing this and it seemed to work perfect.
I was just wondering if anybody had ever seen this before.

Update:

Ok, it left me stranded today. This morning, I headed out and after a few miles, it started flashing the tow/haul light. I pulled over, set the program back to stock and checked the codes on the sct. I had two codes. I know one was PO761 and can't remember the other. I cleared them and started to limp it home. It started shifting really weird and slipping after this, and started flashing the tow/haul light again, so I pulled over and decided it wasn't gonna make it. I checked the codes again and they were: PO761:shift solenoid C (ss-c) performance or stuck off, and P2702:transmission friction element C apply time range/performance. The first time I checked the codes, it didn't have the PO2702. It was something else along with the PO761. Maybe because it didn't seem to slip before the first time I checked it, but did pretty bad the second time.
