2005 6.0 trans problem

Aa few months ago my trans started when i cranked it up & put it in reverse or drive the truck wouldnt move, the tow haul light was flashing & had it scan & solenoid D was what was said was the issue, sometimes when u come to a stop its as if you went to neutral give it some gas & it would jump in gear & seem to try to start off in high gear the down shift back to first. i changed I changed the TCC solenoid & the direct clutch solenoid & theOverdrive clutch solenoid & it worked ok for a couple of days & started again..... Now today it just stopped pulling all together while going down the road not any gear works!!!!!
