You need to make your next stop the BBB. That is utterly unacceptable. The dealer is trying to raise the stakes in hoping that you will fold and he can weasel some more money out of you. Don't do it! No arbitrator in the world would accept a tranny failure after only 25k miles. Hang in there and fight that b-st-rd.

If i were the original i would think it had never been a problem. I was thinking i wanted a esp anyway and his price
was cheaper actually than the other quotes i had recieved. I will look into the issue because free is a price i always love to pay ......thanks
