Clunk+delay when going into and more

Well i just got a remanufactured HD tranny with a shift kit and billet tripple disc converter and i have about 3k-4k on it and i changed the fluid on it and now sometimes it wont shift out of first and now when i put it in reverse theres a bit of a delay and a clunk. the Fluid smells fine and is brand new with a new filter and the tranny temp isnt going that high at all... Sometimes it drives fine through the gears and only does the clunk in reverse. Alot like this thread here. http://www.powerstroke.org/forum/7-3...y-problem.html . Everything in the tranny was new so im unsure. I never had any blinking od light tho
