trans doesnt seem to go into lock up

i have a 99 f350 4x4, i daily drive this truck and this problem happened all at once, while geting onto the highway the truck shifted just fine, got up to 60mph down the hwy the o/d light started flashing so i pulled over, crawled under the truck for any leaks, none. trans temp was around 150. started back up and the flashing o/d was gone. drove for another 10 min and watched the temp guage raise to 190. o/d light came back on, at this point i noticed that my rpms were 500r's above normal at that speed, trans temp didnt gain any more but cooled down to 170 after i switched o/d off, next day i had a local trans shop drive it and after 10 mins of driving it he claimed it was the tc, took the truck to another trans shop for diagnostics, was told these codes came up, p1741 tc clutch error, p1746 electronic pressure control solenoid open, p1744 tc stuck in off position, need help on what this situation is and what to do to fix it.

could be the tc lock up solenoid or could be just shot
