I need a tranny

I need some help. I just bought a 2000 dually and before I got home I noticed that I was going to need a tranny. The dealer said that they would pay half of the $3000 bill. I haul granite maybe 3 times a week on a trailer that weighs maybe 8k. I have read that the BTS is awesome. I only have a couple of days and need some professional powerstroke help. What tranny and what upgrades should I do?

Either get the HD Ford Reman or if the dealer will kick in $1500 towards a BTS and you have time to wait to get one thats the best bet.
JW is another option for you.
Get a 31 row 6.0 trans cooler..

I can kick in all that I need to. I just want to make sure that since I am having to do this I get everything done that I should. How long would the wait be for the BTS?
