heats when pulling trailer

Hello everyone I have a 1995 F-350 4X4. truck has around 237000 on it and is acting wierd. It runs and drives great untill I pull my 18 ft travel trailer or boat. Starts to overheat. I have changed the Waterpump, Fan clutch, Thermostat, and Radiator cap. I have added a tranny cooler and fan under the truck and flushed the cooling system 4 times with no change. I noticed that the EGT's are higher when O/D is on. When I turn it off they are about 3-400 degrees lower. Will hit 1500 degrees and above. Please help.
