Need Help, Dead Tranny

I recently changed the carrier bearing in my 01 F-250 7.3 Powerstroke with Automatic tranny. I also had a whistle sound while giving throttle that I had to pull the dash apart and locate. Those 2 problems are fixed, I think. After finishing these 2 problems, I tried to take it for a test run and it will not go into any gear. The tranny shifted perfect before these 2 projects. I'm hoping some kind of safety switch issue. Any help would be appreciated.
