need a tech¿

hey i was pullin the 35' camper yesterday and i was tryin to park it. there is a small incline for my truck where i was trying to position it an the trailer. when i would try to go up that my truck wouldn't move but the engine would rev up, at first i though the tires were spinning as it was on the grass but to my dissapointment they were not. i got the thing positioned and unhooked from it and the truck went in to and shifted gears just fine. the overdrive light was flashing on and off though and didn't stop until i shut the truck off and turned it back on. anyone know what that means??
