94 Manual Trans w/OD

Momma has a 2wd '94 7.3 with the manual trans and its shifting hard, real hard. And if momma ain't happy, I will never be happy! A year and a half ago we replaced all the clutch hydraulics. 146,000 actual miles on the truck Tows a three horse aluminum trailer about 12 times a year. The clutch engages an inch off the floor board. To get it into gear I have to rev the engine and it will drop in. Reverse may or may not go in while the truck is running. Any help is appreciated. It's in a very reputable trans shop, but I need more information. I changed the fluid in the trans around 110,000. We bought the truck used for a song with 47,000 on it.

it may be the bushing on the cluth pedal inside the cab it is a very common issue
