Limp Mode?????
Can some one explain limp mode and how to get the tranny out of it to me please? I have an 05 6.0 automatic that has only 3rd or 4th gear. I read some stuff about limp mode but not sure if my tranny is in it. Mytruck has park reverse neutral and drive but only one gear in drive.

if its in limp mode then somethings wrong and your trans is preventing you from screwing it up more. take it to a shop and get the codes read, then go from there
