4R100 Upgrades

Hello I have a 4R100 trans in my 2001 F250. The truck currently has 120K on it and i was wondering what is the best bang for the buck as far as upgrades. My truck currently spends as much time being used as tractor as a truck pulling wagons and such at low speeds. Thank you

IMO if your keeping the truck get a BTS, Or a 6.0 TC, BTS VB and a 6.0 31 row cooler.

I just replaced the tranny in my 01 F350 with a fully built suncoast with the extreme tow package. It comes with a 6.0 big cooler and upgraded internals (extra friction elements, dual load center support, and extra bushing for support). It ain't cheap, but it feels like a new truck.

if your gonna be keeping the truck id go with a BTS. They build the best 4r100 out there. To me a transmission should be a one time investment to a truck and you might as well get the best there is.
