once n awhile it shifts weird

04 reg cab with ats stage 2 (stock motor) put the new ats in everything worked great drove it for about a week normal conditions only getting on it a few times i went out to eat when i got back in the truck and left i noticed it was shifting a lil firmer through 1st and 2nd then reving high rpm then slipping into 3rd ??????? it did this for about 2 days then quit for about 2 weeks...now i notice its starting to act up again....its like it comes and goes i have an odb2 code reader and it did not pull a thing so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks...

Generally if a torqshift monitors slippage in any particular range, it stops using that range. Is it the stock trans?
