Help.. Shudder/slip when trans is warm.

Help im trying to sell the truck. I'm getting a slip/shudder when the trans is warm. I cant pinpoint excatly when it is random. The truck is a 04 350 diesel auto. I just had a trans service about 4500 miles ago hoping it would help(it did'nt) It kinda feels like a sticking solenoid or mabey a computer issue. I also tried to have it relern. That also didnt work. I'm hoping it isnt a tranny. HELP please... Thanks Mike
