99 7.3L will not shift into 4th
I have '99 7.3L with 4R100 that will not shift into 4th gear. I have Banks Transcommander and a Superchip tuner. When I have to Banks mod on it will put out exhaust codes, when i turn it off it doesn't. Any Ideas? BTW I am transfering back to the east coast next week and need this fixed asap. Thanks
