stranded in oregon

my vehicle speed sensor might be bad. I have a new one, i can't find where it goes.somebody please tell me were to find it. thank you.

It is on the front lower passenger side of the engine, takes a 10mm to remove it I think. Assuming you mean Cam Position Sensor? Speed sensor is on the front left of the rear differential.

camping south of Bandon at a KOA. I don't see the sensor, is it near the starter? Thanks.

After talking here are the symptoms.........

It was shifting hard
OD Flashing
SpeedO Quit working below 1600 RPM
ABS on light came on below 1600 RPM

After talking to a little bird who has to remain nameless on this sight we pointed him to the sensor on the top of the rear diff. He is going to run into town in the morning and get the sensor to replace it. If you think there is more that he needs to know feel free to post it up.
