TC lock up in reverse!!!!!

Ok put in a ford reman E40D came from Ford tested and ready to install with a reman TC. i bought a Stallion Billit TC. The TC came with a spring for the pump. So installed spring,TC,tranny and new cooler. I am alittle disapointed with the results. it drives fine forward but in reverse the TC locks up and most of the time kills truck. only dose it after it has warmed up. as long as its cold no problem. The company that i got TC from said it is a fluid flow, pressure problem. i have done all i know to do. Any help Please.... Thanks

Well the tranny went completely. drove to work got ready to go to lunch put it in reverse TC locked up killed the truck, cranked it agian no matter what gear i select it wont move. I called Ford and told them they were really cool they shipped me another on got it Friday. they are going to let me know what happened to it. I called the TC people and they said to ship TC to them so they can see if it failed and either way they are sending another one. I will keep those interested posted as to what happens. Thanks!!

my tranny did something similar the other day.. It would die in 3rd and 2nd gear when i came to a complete stop. In reverse and 1st it was ok. so everytime i came to a stop, i had to downshift into 1st so it wouldnt die. yesterday the problem went a away, everything is fine...meaning I think its something electronic, not unlocking the TC. Im thinikin VB selonoid, TC switch etc..
