I also would check the wiring 110V and 12V. you can plug it in and take a small appliance with you to plug into all the outlets. also plug into a truck to check 12V system. I like to disconnect the trailer battery(s) and use only truck supplied power to check the truck charging capabilities as well as all the running lights (the running light wiring can be a bear to fix on some models).

Don't forget to check the detectors. There should be a smoke detector and at least a propane detector. Smoke detector usually uses a 9V like home ones do, but the propane one is usually tied to the trailer's batteries.
