That was one of the first things I did when I bought my truck, changed oil, tranny fluid, transfer case, rear diff, serp belt, and checked the coolant. I'm going to add a coolant filter as soon as I get the head mounted.

Hehe, kind of reminds me when I pulled my pontiac with my old 84, never even thought it would be too much for the bumper. Thankfully it held.

Also be careful with your liquid filled air fresheners. I laid mine down on my dash and the fluid leaked out overnight onto it, eating the paint off. I now have a pretty decent size spot where you can see the black color material that the dash is molded in. My interior is the light tan...grrrr!

Talking dash paint

Hey there, That sucks. I'm a picky S.O.B. about how my vehicles look. My Dad could hardly wait to get the first scratch over with and I set with a 12 gauge for when the first scratch happens. I can't remember if it was Blackcloud diesel or not but I know I've seen the Ford factory interior colors in spray cans for $8.00 a can. When the weather gets warmer, like tommorrow, you can run out and take care of that.

Yeah i'll have to do some looking around. It's nothing i'm going to rush to repair for the moment. I'll probably do it if I go to sell the truck sometime.
