Helpful trailer towing tip.

When you hook up the "Breakaway" cable to your truck, DO NOT attach it to the safety chains or the hitch, hook it to the frame of the vehicle. On the transport forum I'm on, several transporters were put out of service, (OOS) for not having the breakaway properly attached.

Safe towing.

I always hook my breakaway cable to the 5er rails the hitch sits in. Those are bolted to the frame. I figure the hitch would break before the rails would come loose.
