I have been Hauling cars for

Hello I've been hauling cars for a few months now and love the new career. Enough so I've decided to start my own transport company. Due to have issues with retrieving money owed to me from old company.
Any suggestions or comments welcome.

Check the regulations, but I think it's got to be under 90.
