Fifth wheel hitch???

I need some advice on a hitch. I'm looking at getting one to pull my cousins fifth wheel with (he pulls with a 6.0 Chevy, poor thing barely can reach 65mph, lol). Anyway, it's a little over 11k fully loaded, and we are considering pulling double with his track car on a flatbed. Prob around 15k total (roughly). What would be a good hitch at a decent price? And what should I be looking for in addition to the weight rating?

Most will just get the Reese 3005 universal rail kit and a 16K Reese hitch. Most common anyway.

Heavier - Fifth Wheels - Reese

The 30047 is what I use. Pull a 38ft toyhauler. Pretty straight forward and gets it done. There's some high $$$ stuff out there with air ride hitches, etc.
