Bumper pull hitch options?

Looking at a few different hitches for an 11' 350 with the 2.5" receiver. Want something with adjustable height and adjustable ball size. Most often will be pulling less than 10,000 pounds. Very rarely I will pull a piece of construction equipment that weights over 10,000. (Mini excavator or skid steer)

Looking at the B&W stow and go model 8 tri ball and the Anderson rapid hitch 3410.

Looks like the B&W will require me to buy 3 lock pins vs 2 for the Anderson.

What is a good 2.5" to 2" reducer?

Open to other hitches as well those are the two that seemed to stand out to me so far.

Thanks,
Matt
