Help finding a gooseneck dump trailer

Ok so I am going to be doing a huge remodel on a house in the next few weeks. At the location we are not allowed to use dumpsters because they will not fit down the drive way. So all of the demo and scraps will be hauled away with a trailer. I live in the Sacramento area and have looked and looked and cannot find any big dump trailers. Does anyone know of a place within 50-75 miles than rents long term, or does anyone have one that would feel comfortable renting to me. I am looking for a goose neck dump trailer, the bigger the better as I will be hauling tons of brick/cement, framing debris, asphalt shingles and materials. I know they are hard to find in California haha but any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
