Towing With Big Injectors?

I'm looking at buying a truck with big injectors and am wondering if it NEEDS a turbo right away. It's a 7.3 with 250cc 200% hybrids, on a stock turbo. It has the proper gauges, and a good custom tow tune. I believe it's a "heavy tow" tune.

I know this isn't the ideal setup for towing, but would like to know if it would work for a little while. Getting the trailer would be the only trip and would be ~5 hours, all highway, mostly flat. Trailer would be under 10,000 pounds. I honestly don't think it's 8,000 pounds, just overestimating.

I would plan on getting a properly sized turbo but getting the trailer as soon as possible would be nice. This would be a one time thing on the stock turbo.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I know it's towed before but I'm not sure after after the injectors... But I know people tow with 400% nozzles at 22k+ total. (Sale thread on PSN) but he has a nice set of twins.

I'm just hoping 1200* doesn't mean 45mph.

2000. I know it should have a turbo. I figured I would buy whatever was at a good price. I think even a 38r would be ok. I have no plans of racing it. Maybe a truck pull or 2 just to see how it does, but that's about it.

So I saw what seems to be a good deal. A low mileage S300 and mount for $1,200. Then I noticed it was a 71mm that he ran with 400/400 injectors.

I'm thinking that it's going to be too big to bother looking into?
