How much weight in a 1 ton bed?

I have a 96' F350 psd, crew cab, 4x4, long box none duly. I would like to be able to regularly haul about 4000 lbs. in the bed. My plan is to modify a slide in camper so I can carry 300 gallons of vegetable oil, plus the camper, plus the tongue weight of boats and trailers. The total weight will be around 4000lbs. What modifications do I need to do to make this work. Would adding leaf springs be enough?

When you say haul, is that just the carry weight? I dont think even a DRW is rated
for that much weight, maybe a 550 but not a 350.

Maybe you can break it down to the weight in the bed, how much the tongue
weight will be, and how much the trailer stuff weighs.
