Tranny and Rear diff lube?????

Alright guys, I am swapping out my stock tranny pan for the Mag Hytech and also the rear diff cover....
Unfortunately I just had the tranny and rear diff serviced two months ago and have only put 400 miles on it since then. What oil do you guys recommend for the replacement on these and I am assuming dont use the oil I take out, even if it appears clean correct??

Also, installing the turbo back exhaust from Farm Boy and that should be self explanatory correct or are there any tricks to simplify that as well??

yeah.. i got the turbo back exhaust and single stack.. havnt put it on yet.. ill take a look at the stuff and know how it goes on before i just hand it over to some A-hole and let them figure it out.. cuz once it is on wrong you are FUDGED

ur user manual should specify..i believe 15-40. synthetic is also an option and if u have a lmtd slip..use ford additive
