my 07 king rance dually vs friends stock 03 f250

I just have a question, my 07 dually has a 4 inch turbo back exhaust, and a diablo predeter tuner, and it hardly feels any faster than my friends stock 03 f250 6.0. I was told its because of the gears, but I figured with bigger gears, id pull down low pretty hard... but it doesnt matter the speed, he seems to be faster... what gives? both auto's, both crew cabs, his is a lariat, mine a king ranch,

Weight plays a role in that too. You're dually is considerably heavier.
