pulled like a champ

i have 99 f-250 7.3 and i pulled 30 ft goose neck duel axel duel wheel empty weight was 7800 lbs and then i had 290 square bails on it that weighed 70 lbs a piece which is 28100lbs way over weight i have air bag suspension thank god and 4.10 gears and it pulled it good i had edge evolution on tow and it was heavy i knew for sure it was behind me stopping was a ***** but it pulled good on my standard

gald to hear it worked for you. I did the same thing once. Ended up needing a new trans. But that was because I went from a dead stop up a hill. Truck did not like that at all. Ended up burning up the tc with an end result of needing a whole new tranny. Best part was truck only had 5,000 so I got a new trans from ford no questions asked no charge to me.

You gotta love these machine's. I forget what it is capable of. Then I go hook up the 5'er,(which is 14,000lbs) and boy does she start singing a different tune.

I just found out that I have an upgraded T/C. And it actually performes better with a load on it.

And now, I can't wait until I leave for the mountains on the 3rd.
