I'm impressed

I towed a 4000 lb camper for several years with an FX4 5.4L truck. It did fine. But when I bought a 6000 lb 27 footer, my 1/2 ton didn't pass muster.I ended up trading for this 2007 F250 FX4 with 6.0L, hoping it would tow better but not convinced it would be that much better. I was at least hoping to be able to tow with everything level. My half ton wouldn't level even with the WD hitch.
I wish I had done this years ago. The truck settled 3 inches without the WD bars in place as opposed to 8 inches before. When I went to the highway, I actually got to highway speed in a great amount of time. I could also pull 65 and 70 mph. My other one struggled to get to 60. I think I'm liking this trade more and more.

2007 F250 Crew Cab FX4 Lariat. DFuser coolant filter kit. 275/70R-18 Mickey Thompson ATZs.
