towing race car trailer need good shocks

I have an 02 F350 dually 2wd crew cab stock ride hight (tow rig), and I tow a race trailer that weighs aprox. 8000lbs. and i was wondering what are good shocks that give u a good ride with the trailer unhitched to.

ive heard bilstein are some top notch shocks but ill let some with shock experience chime in here

8,0000lbs is NOTHING for your tow rig. You will probably notice your truck rides slightly smoother with that weight back there! :drive:

Just to give you an idea - I'll be pulling a 3,000lb trailer w/ a 6,000lb truck on it from Richmond VA to Lancaster PA - I have the stock suspension and it rides dandy

I've run the Edelbrock IAS shocks on my Dodge and like them. I drive that truck both empty and with a 24ft enclosed trailer behind it.
