clevis hooks and shackles

will this work for recovery and sled pulling? they have a bigger one, with a 1" pin and is like 1" x 5" hook.

how do I get this to work with my class 5 Reese hitch? any advice? i want to get a nice setup for winter recovery and sled pulling

I can get any shackle or d ring from SCC chain for cheap, so if you are using somthin different, or better let me know.
