Question Question about the 2.5 budget leveling kit

I just got the 05-07 2.5 budget leveling kit in the mail and have two questions.

1. Is it supposed to use Dodge 1500/2500 shocks for the front

2. Do you guys always use spray paint on your metal parts? (ie the 2.5 spacers)

The shocks are correct and are manufactured and listed for multiple applications, including Dodge and Ford. The packaging may state Dodge, Ford etc, however the part number is what you should be concerned with.

The following is direct from Bilstein’s website.

Bilstein Shocks for a 2005 FORD F250 Superduty

4WD Only. 0-1" lift

2.5-4" lift. 4WD only.

Regarding the painted parts, yes the spacers are painted. We paint some parts and powdercoat others. This part does not move nor is in a location subject to contstant road debris.
