I've had a few sponsors back out for the DFW Spring Meet part DEUX. As it looks right now, all costs for food/giveaways will come out of TXBroker's, Choctaw, and MY pockets. So this is a last ditch effort.

Last year the wife and I covered most of this. After the hat was passed Friday night last year we spent about $400 for the BBQ Friday night.

That may sound like a lot but I cooked

4 briskets
50 hamburgers
40 hot dogs
20 pounds of deer sausage

That took 2-30lb bags of pecan and apple wood
4 bags of charcoal
It adds up quick, any sponsor participation would be appreciated and its early enough we maybe able to include your logo on the shirts?
