Texas deisel injection

Can anyone give me positive or negative feedback about Texas diesel injection in San Antonio. You are more then welcome to PM me if you do not want to bash or just feel more comfortable doing so.
I do not have time to do my EGR delete and I 90% sure I just lost my cooler. He quoted me 800.00 to remove weld and install. It's not a new or hot tanked intake. It's the home version which I really do not want, But am in a huge bind here. I have a boat show coming up and need my truck. No days off from now until February.
Kinda screwed here

After talking to Scuffy, I might be jumping the gun a little on the EGR cooler. He directed me to check ICP voltage then EGR position.

I do not think it is my EGR cooler now. ICP voltage or map.
Symptoms are =
Turbo does not cycle
Motor tone lower
Power loss= 25%
No cel and SCT says no code
Turbo farting bad before I disconnected the EGR valve
